PET Grinder Granulator
PET-Grinder is made to cut the PET bottle waste. This machine is in 2 version i.e. WET Grinding & DRY Grinding.
Washing and separation lines from PANCHAL are suitable for a vast typology of plastics (PET, HDPE/LDPE, PP, ABS, PS, PA, PVC, just to name a few), with processing capacities from 100 to 1000 kg/h, complying with most industry needs. In general terms, components of PANCHAL lines include sinking/floating tanks for weight-based separation, "High-Friction Turbo-Washing" units (allowing to set up washing time and intensity in accordance to the contamination degree of the material), and, when needed, agglomerator. Line configuration depends on the specific washing and separation requirements so as to obtain, at the end of the treatment, thoroughly cleaned plastic flakes (residual impurities do not exceed a few ppm - parts per million), virtually moisture-free.
The benefits provided by this exclusive technology, well-proven and appreciated world wide, are a lot: first of all, the possibility to apply a treatment tailored to scrap contamination degree, providing the line with an interesting versatility (given the non-homogeneous purity often found in different material batches) and a more rational energy consumption.
